In short

Your Instagram data stays on your computer. Insta Manager reads it from your own browser to build your lists, stores the result in your browser, and never sends it to us. We never ask for or see your Instagram password.

Who we are

Insta Manager is a Chrome extension operated by Ulysse Barelier, a sole proprietor based in California, USA ("we"). Contact: [email protected].

What the extension reads

Only when you click Connect or Scan, and only for the Instagram account logged in to your browser, the extension reads:

• the accounts you follow and the accounts that follow you;
• likes and comments on your recent posts, and likes and viewers of your own stories;
• the public username, name and profile picture of the accounts that appear in your lists.

It uses this data for one purpose: to show you your lists and to unfollow the accounts you choose.

Where it is stored

Your lists, your selection and your unfollow history are stored locally in your browser (Chrome extension storage). We have no server that receives this data. Uninstalling the extension deletes it.

Payments

Payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. When you pay, they process your email address and payment details so your purchase can be unlocked on your browsers. We receive your email address and the payment status. We never receive your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy and ExtensionPay's policies at extensionpay.com.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or share your data.
• We do not use your data for advertising or to build profiles.
• We do not post, like, comment, message or remove followers on your behalf. The only action the extension takes is unfollowing the accounts you tick.

Insta Manager's use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This website does not use cookies or trackers. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this page first.

Children

Insta Manager is not intended for anyone under 13.

Your choices

You can delete all local data at any time by uninstalling the extension. To ask about or delete payment records, email [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
